Drawn, measured, machined.
Most stairs are not a stack of identical rectangles. Winders, radius treads, feature landings and stairs that pick up an existing profile all need the piece made to the opening rather than to a catalogue size.
Send a PDF, a DWG or a sketch on the back of a delivery docket — or book a site measure and we will take the numbers ourselves. Every custom run gets a physical sample before we cut the job.

Winders and kites
Three or four treads turning a corner, each a different shape. Machined as a set so the nosing line stays continuous.
Curved flights
Radius treads cut from a template or a measured arc, with the nosing following the curve.
Matching an existing stair
A renovation where half the flight stays. We copy the original profile so the new work disappears.
