01 — The product
Sized, sanded and ready to fix.
Send a cut list, a plan or a site measure and we machine every tread to the riser it belongs to. Nothing arrives generic — each piece is cut, sanded and labelled to its position in the flight.
Solid boards for a traditional look, or engineered construction where movement and heating matter. Both come raw for your finisher, pre-oiled, or matched to a stain and sheen we sign off with you first.

Returns
Mitred returns give a clean edge on an open string. Tell us which side is exposed and we machine the mitre before finishing.
Riser match
We cut risers from the same pack so grain and colour carry through the flight rather than jumping between steps.
Anti-slip
Discreet grooving or an inset strip for wet areas and commercial flights, applied before finishing.
