A cut list, plans (PDF or DWG) or a clear photo of the measurements. If you only have a rough riser count we can work from that and firm it up at sample stage.
No. We supply single treads and one-off nosings as readily as forty-flight townhouse runs. Repeat trade accounts get priority scheduling.
Five business days is typical for standard treads and nosings once colour is signed off. Curved work, winders and custom profiles usually run eight to ten days.
Yes. Tell us the day your crew starts and we schedule the machining backwards from it. Delivery is labelled per flight so nothing gets sorted on site.
Solid and engineered oak as standard, plus laminate, hybrid and vinyl-wrapped nosings. Finishes are matched to the floor you're laying rather than a fixed colour card.
We machine a sample and send it for sign-off before anything is cut. Nothing goes into production until you've seen the match against the actual floor batch.
±0.5 mm on length and width. Treads are square within the same tolerance, so they drop in without packing or scribing.
Commercial nosings can be supplied with anti-slip inserts and luminance contrast strips to suit AS 1428.1. Tell us the class you're certifying to and we'll spec it.
Across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Interstate freight is available on request for larger orders.
